Submissions For these submissions, we're looking for honesty and wisdom, and experiences that will help girls be more empowered, make healthier choices, and feel personal freedom as they grow. To know what story topics and writing examples we're looking for, please take a look at the guidelines below. Thank you for participating and caring about the health of the girls coming up in today's culture!

Submission Guidelines:

1) 800-1000 word personal story highlighting a memorable experience, good or bad, during teenage years. You can submit up to 3 stories.

2) Illuminate as a big sister would for a little sister, why this particualr experience is memorable and what ten+ years of age, perspective, and wisdom has taught you about that experience.

3) Pictures are welcome, but not necessary. Submit only one photo as a jpeg at 300 dpi.

4) To be considered for publication, you must check “yes” to the waiver granting the publisher permission to print your story and any ancillary photo or video materials you may also wish to submit.
